Casualties as Russian strike targets Dnipro

The head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, Seriy Lysak, broke the news of the enemy strike in the city of Dnipro.
The official wrote about this in Telegram, reports Ukrinform.
"Dnipro. There’s been a hit. There are casualties. All details are yet to be reported. We must not post anything on social media! All emergency services are working at the scene," Lysak wrote.
As Ukrinform reported earlier, overnight Thursday, August 24, an air raid alert went off in a number of Ukrainian regions. The Air Force warned the population of the ballistic missile threat.
The air defenses were activated in Dnipro region.
