Casualties reported in Russian missile strike on Chernihiv

There are dead and wounded following a Russian missile attack on Ukraine's northeastern city of Chernihiv.
Suspilne Chernihiv reported this on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.
"There are wounded and dead as a result of Russian shelling in downtown Chernihiv," the post read.
Viacheslav Chaus, the head of the Chernihiv regional military administration, wrote earlier that the Russians had likely struck the center of Chernihiv with a ballistic missile.
