In the morning, the Russian army fired four times, allegedly with cannon artillery, at the border areas of the Chernihiv and Sumy regions.
The OC "North" reported this, according to Ukrinform.
The military reported that eight hits were recorded in the area of Shalygino from 05:30 to 05:55. According to preliminary information, two private houses were damaged.
In addition, from 06:08 to 06:15, 5 explosions were recorded in the area of Studenok, and from 06:10 to 06:30 - nine explosions in the area of Chernatske and eight in the area of Porokhon.
There were no reports of casualties among the local population or damage to civilian infrastructure.
As reported earlier, Russians shelled four districts of the Kharkiv region overnight, causing damage.
