Anatoliy Kurtev, the acting mayor of Zaporizhzhia, said this on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.
"As a result of the enemy's night attack in Zaporizhzhia, private houses were damaged. The blast wave smashed windowpanes and damaged roofs," the post reads.
According to Kurtev, there were no casualties as a result of the attack.
All relevant services are working at the scene, he added.
An air raid warning was sounded twice in Zaporizhzhia at night.
As reported earlier, the Russian army attacked Ukraine from the northern and southern directions last night, and the Defense Forces destroyed 18 of 24 enemy Shahid drones and a reconnaissance drone.
