Ukrainian forces hit three Russian command centers, five ammunition depots

Units of the rocket forces and artillery of the Defense Forces of Ukraine today struck three command centers and five ammunition depots of the enemy.

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine said this in a post on Facebook, Ukrinform reports.

As of 18:00 on November 17, the enemy launched five aerial attacks and 25 missile strikes, using multiple rocket launchers more than ten times.

Russian invaders, violating the norms of international humanitarian law, the laws and customs of warfare, launched rocket attacks on civilian infrastructure in Dnipro and Odesa, Balakleia in the Kharkiv Oblast, Vilniansk in the Zaporizhzhia region, Nikopol in the Dnipropetrovsk region, and Ochakiv in the Mykolaiv region.

According to detailed information, the Ukrainian Defense Forces today shot down two cruise missiles, two guided air missiles and five Shahed-136 unmanned aerial vehicles in different directions.

According to the report, a draft law is being prepared in Russia, which provides for the legalization of conscription for military service from the spring of 2023 for citizens of Ukraine who live in temporarily occupied territories and have received Russian passports.

According to available information, about 650 prisoners were recruited in Russian penal colonies in the last week. They were sent to the Rostov region for further training. Medical assistance to the specified category of persons, in case of injury, will be provided exclusively in medical facilities in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.

In some populated centers in the temporarily occupied territory in the Luhansk region, the enemy intensified administrative and police measures. In particular, entry to the settlement of Rubizhne from Kreminna and Varvarivka has been closed. The movement of civilians in the city has been restricted and filtration measures have been strengthened.

In Mariupol, the invading authorities plan to deploy units of the Russian Guard, special purpose and rapid response forces, with a total number of up to 400 people.

Russian troops continue the forced evacuation of the population of Ukraine and the removal of property from the temporarily occupied territories of the Kherson region. In particular, on the night of November 16, the invaders forcibly drove the population out of Novokyivka. In addition, the central city hospital in Nova Kakhovka ceased to function because all medical equipment and ambulances were stolen and taken to the temporarily occupied territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.

Units of the rocket troops and artillery of the Defense Forces of Ukraine today hit three command centers, 17 areas of concentration of manpower, weapons and military equipment, five ammunition warehouses and three other important targets of the enemy.
