Three people, including two children, killed in Russian shelling of Rubizhne

On March 19, three people, including two children, were killed last night in Rubizhne, Luhansk region, as a result of enemy shelling. 

This was announced on Telegram by the head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration, Serhiy Haidai, Ukrinform reports.

"Three people were killed in shelling in Rubizhne, including two children, and two people (one child) were injured," Haidai wrote.

Over the past 24 hours, Russians destroyed 24 households in Rubizhne and Severodonetsk.

About 30 facilities in two cities were damaged or destroyed in Russian strikes on March 19.

Among them are 12 apartment buildings and 12 private households, an educational facility in Rubizhne, warehouses, outbuildings, and infrastructure facilities.

The Russian invasion in Luhansk region caused 19 powerful fires yesterday. Seven residents were rescued. In addition, State Emergency Service teams scrambled to clear the rubble, as well as deliver water and food to bomb shelters.

Currently, 23 settlements remain completely cut off gas supply and another seven – partially, which left 35,000 people without gas. In 26 settlements, electricity supplies have been severed and in 12 they remain limited. A total of 98,364 people have been deprived of electricity, with 627 transformer power substations having been shut down.
