Russian invaders have gained partial success in the Sievierodonetsk direction, but fighting for the city itself is underway. Near Toshkivka, Ukrainian forces have successfully repulsed an enemy assault.

The battle for Sievierodonetsk is one of the most difficult since the beginning of the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine, and the fate of Donbas is being decided there.
Moscow came up with a “Donetsk revenge of Ukrainians” and is holding competition in aggressive patriotism.
