Russia loses ECHR case of human rights violations in Crimea

The European Court of Human Rights has issued a ruling in the first interstate case "The case of Ukraine v. Russia (re Crimea)," recognizing that the aggressor state committed multiple human rights violations in temporarily occupied Crimea.

The United States provides weapons to Ukraine so that the nation is able to defend its territory, including the Crimean peninsula. Meanwhile, Russia can end the suffering of civilians at any moment if it puts an end to its war of aggression.
