Zelensky congratulates Ukrainian medics on their professional holiday

President Volodymyr Zelensky thanked Ukrainian medics for their professionalism and every life saved, wishing them victory.

The head of state issued the relevant greeting on the occasion of the Day of Medical Workers, reports Ukrinform.

"Today is the day honoring those whose profession is to protect life. The Day of Ukrainian Medical Workers, all our doctors, all our nurses, and all our combat medics. It is in this work that one can best see what civilization is, what humanity is, and how people know how to live and work for the sake of other people," the head of state said.

Zelensky thanked Ukrainian medics for their professionalism, service, and “every life you saved.”

"For all these boundless worlds that are visible in the eyes of children, adults, soldiers, and civilians - everyone you saved. Thank you! I wish you strength and eternal gratitude from all our people, all of Ukraine. I wish you victory!" emphasized the president.

As reported earlier, this year, for the first time, Ukraine celebrates the Day of Medical Workers on July 27.
