The Republic of Korea is particularly powerful in the digital sphere. The wife of the President of Ukraine expressed hope that the countries will be able to cooperate in this direction as well.

During the meeting, Zelenska thanked Kim Keon-hee for visiting Bucha and Irpin, Kyiv region, which suffered from Russian terror, and mass graves of victims of Russian war crimes. According to her, Ukrainians always regard such visits as a sign of solidarity.

She also expressed gratitude to President of South Korea Yoon Suk Yeol for his firm support for the Ukrainian people and willingness to contribute to the reconstruction of Ukraine, which he confirmed at the NATO Summit and during the visit to Poland.

"I'm making sure once again: even half a globe between countries is not a distance for people who are able to feel and hear," Zelenska stressed.

The President's wife invited Kim Keon-hee to take part in the third Summit of First Ladies and Gentlemen which will be held in September this year.

"We will talk precisely about sensations and feelings – the mental health of not only Ukrainians but also residents of different countries of the world. How to turn vulnerability into resilience in the face of wars, crises, alongside a dangerous neighbor," she said.

Zelenska is convinced that the Republic of Korea, like Ukraine, has something to share here.
