Ukraine's parliament allocates over UAH 570M to complete Holodomor Museum

The Verkhovna Rada, Ukraine's parliament, has allocated UAH 573.883 million to complete the National Museum of the Holodomor-Genocide.

Holos Party MP Yaroslav Zhelezniak said this in a post on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.

He said that 312 lawmakers had supported the adoption of Law No. 9437 introducing amendments to Annex No. 3 to the Law of Ukraine "On the State Budget of Ukraine for 2023."

According to the explanatory note, the money will be used to reconstruct the first stage and build and commission the second stage of the National Museum of the Holodomor-Genocide.
