Falling debris from Russian UAVs damages three buildings in Brovary

In Brovary, Kyiv region, debris from downed Russian drones damaged two houses and a business facility.

Brovary mayor Ihor Sapozhko stated this on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.

"During the latest air raid alert, debris from a UAV, likely of the Gerbera type, was recorded falling in the area of Mechanizatoriv Lane," Sapozhko said.

According to him, there were no casualties or significant destruction.

As a result of the falling debris, two houses sustained minor damage. One had damage to the roof, facade wall, and fence caused by shrapnel, while the other had one broken window.

The roof of one industrial enterprise also sustained minor damage.

As reported by Ukrinform, on May 17, air raid alerts were declared in Kyiv and several other regions of Ukraine. As of 13:21 on Sunday, the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported enemy drones in the eastern part of the Kyiv region heading toward Boryspil and the capital via Telegram.
