Majority of Poles back continued support for Ukrainians - survey

The majority of Polish citizens (65%) believe it is worth continuing to help the Ukrainians who fled the war.

This is evidenced by a survey run by Pollster for Super Express, Ukrinform reports with reference to Radio Poland.

When asked whether Poles should continue to help Ukrainians, 65% of respondents answered positively, while 35% said no.

The survey was conducted on May 30-31, covering 1,006 respondents over the age of 18.

As reported, there are currently more than 3 million Ukrainians living in Poland, of which approximately one million arrived after the start of Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine.
