The Cabinet of Ministers approved a procedure for the organization and operation of "points of invincibility”. It is planned to open a total of 15,000 such points throughout Ukraine.

According to the Government portal, the Cabinet of Ministers at an extraordinary meeting on December 17 approved the procedure for the organization and functioning of ‘points of invincibility’, which defines the types of ‘points of invincibility’, their equipment and deployment algorithm.

Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal noted that “the work of invincibility points in all parts of Ukraine will be unified. Ukrainians will have access to the same set of services. This will meet the urgent needs of people during the restoration of infrastructure damaged by the enemy”.

“Currently, more than 5,000 ‘points of invincibility’ are already functioning. We are working to triple their number," Shmyhal stressed.

In particular, points of invincibility will be divided into stationary points, located in buildings, and mobile points, which will be deployed on the basis of a tent or vehicle. Their number is determined by the central and local authorities in accordance with the needs of community population.

The Prime Minister added that points of invincibility operate around the clock.
