Red Cross sent another 12 t of humanitarian aid to occupied territories of eastern Ukraine

About 12 tonnes of humanitarian aid have been delivered to Russian-occupied parts of Donetsk and Luhansk regions, the press service of the Ministry for Reintegration of Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine reports.

On June 8, humanitarian cargo was transferred from all member states of the Geneva Conventions that make contributions to the global budget of the International Committee of the Red Cross. Humanitarian aid was delivered through the Novotroitske checkpoint.

As Ukrinform reported, between May 19 and 27, 16 trucks delivered humanitarian cargo with a total weight of 110.228 tonnes to the temporarily occupied territories of Donetsk and Luhansk regions.
