Decentralization allows territorial communities to develop – Kuts

Thanks to the decentralization reform, the united territorial communities in Donetsk region received real financial opportunities for their development.
Head of Donetsk Military and Civil Regional Administration Oleksandr Kuts informed this on his Facebook page on March 26.
“Thanks to decentralization, the united territorial communities received real financial opportunities for their development … Every Ukrainian village should be rich and comfortable to live in – they have all opportunities for this,” Kuts wrote, adding that he was convinced of this during his working trip to Dobropillia district.
According to him, rural budgets are now able to solve the following tasks: overhaul of a kindergarten, reconstruction of a water tower, and construction of a new hybrid solar mini-power plant.
