MFA Ukraine outraged by Pope’s new attempt to equate war victim with aggressor

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine expressed disappointment over the joint participation of Ukrainian and Russian teenagers in the Stations of the Cross in Rome, as it is an attempt to equate the victim of the war unleashed by Russia with the aggressor, distorting the reality into which Russia has immersed Ukrainians.

Biden extends sanctions against Russia for another year

U.S. President Joe Biden signed a decree extending for another year the sanctions against Russia which were imposed in April 2021 over harmful foreign activities of the Russian government and expanded in March 2022 after Moscow's full-scale invasion of Ukraine.

Swedish prosecutors unveil version of Nord Stream blasts

Swedish Prosecutor's Office, which is investigating the blast at the Nord Stream pipeline connecting Russia and Germany via the Baltic Sea, announced its main version of the incident. Prosecutors say a state-sponsored group is behind the explosion.
