Ukrainian delegation arrives in Geneva – Umerov

The Ukrainian delegation has arrived in Geneva to take part in the next round of trilateral talks involving Ukraine, the United States, and Russia.

Secretary of Ukraine's National Security and Defense Council Rustem Umerov announced this on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.

"Tomorrow, we begin the next round of negotiations in the trilateral format. The agenda has been agreed and the team is ready to work," Umerov said.

According to him, Ukraine expects expect constructive engagement and substantive meetings on security and humanitarian issues "in order to move toward a dignified and lasting peace."

The next round of negotiations between Ukraine, the U.S., and Russia is scheduled for February 17-18 and will take place in Geneva, Switzerland.
