A meeting has begun in Berlin between Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and U.S. representatives Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner.
That is according to AP, Ukrinform reports.
President Zelensky and the U.S. envoys arrived in Berlin today for another round of talks aimed at ending the war in Ukraine.
Zelensky stated that Ukrainian, U.S., and European officials would hold a series of meetings. According to the Ukrainian leader, he will personally meet with U.S. President Donald Trump's special envoy Steve Witkoff and Trump's son-in-law, Jared Kushner, in Berlin.
As previously reported, the White House and President Trump stated earlier that the U.S. would participate in the European meetings if there were good prospects for signing a peace agreement.
