Zelensky discusses diplomatic situation with European Commission President

President Volodymyr Zelensky and European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen discussed the current diplomatic situation.

According to Ukrinform, Zelensky reported this on Telegram.

“I spoke with the President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen. We maintain full coordination with the European Commission, and I’m grateful for the support,” the head of state noted.

The President emphasized: “We discussed the diplomatic situation, and we have a shared understanding of the key issues. It also matters that Ursula is paying close attention to the need to strengthen our resilience amid Russia’s constant strikes on our infrastructure and the energy sector. I value her readiness to support Ukraine!”

As reported by Ukrinform, during his conversation with European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen, President Volodymyr Zelensky discussed the EU’s work on a decision regarding the use of frozen Russian assets.
