MFA calls on world to condemn Russian strike on public broadcaster's building in Dnipro

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine has called on the international community to condemn the attack and the ongoing Russian war against journalism.

MFA spokesperson Heorhii Tykhyi said this in a post on social media platform X, Ukrinform reports.

"The Ukrainian Public Broadcaster 'Suspilne' had its premises in Dnipro severely damaged as a result of Russian strike last evening. Luckily, journalists were not inside. We urge the international community to condemn this strike, as well as Russia's continued war on journalism," Tykhyi wrote.

Earlier reports said that the building housing the newsrooms of public broadcaster Suspilne and Ukrainian Radio in Dnipro had been damaged in a Russian drone attack.
