Ukraine proposes drone technologies partnership to Caribbean nations
The Ukrainian top diplomat reported this on social platform X, according to Ukrinform.
"I was honoured to take part in the Association of Caribbean States high-level dialogue. I thanked Panamanian Presidency and presented Ukraine’s perspective as an observer state," Sybiha said.
He emphasized that the voices of Caribbean nations are important for Ukraine’s peace efforts, briefed colleagues on the dynamics of the peace process, and called for continued solidarity.

The minister warned that Russia’s war has global consequences that also affect the Caribbean and constitutes an attack on international law.
"During the war, we learned many important lessons that can make our partners stronger. And we are ready to share them," he stressed.
According to him, Ukraine proposes mutually beneficial cooperation in drone technologies, climate research, and other areas, and is also ready to provide opportunities in Antarctic research.
The minister also announced the opening of four new Ukrainian embassies in Latin America.
"We seek to expand cooperation and we will soon open four new embassies in Latin America — in the Dominican Republic, Panama, Uruguay, and Ecuador," Sybiha said.
He also proposed organizing the first Ukraine-Caribbean Summit to put all Ukrainian initiatives into action.
As reported, nearly 100 presidents and more than 40 prime ministers will gather in September during the high-level week of the 80th session of the UN General Assembly, which will be held from September 23 to 29.
