The second round of negotiations between Ukraine and Russia has concluded in Istanbul.

Following the meeting, head of the Ukrainian delegation Rustem Umerov made a press statement, a Ukrinform correspondent reports.

"The first point is a ceasefire. The second is the release of our people — prisoners and abducted children. The third is a leaders’ summit. We have agreed only on the exchange. Other details will be provided later," Umerov said.

The minister clarified that during the exchange process, attention will be given to specific categories of citizens, which will be announced in due course.

A major press conference with Umerov for Ukrainian and international media is expected soon.
