Next UDCG meeting to be held on June 4 in Brussels
According to Ukrinform, this information was published on NATO's official website.
"On Wednesday, 4 June 2025, the United Kingdom and Germany will convene the Ukraine Defense Contact Group at NATO Headquarters," the statement reads.
As previously reported, the Ukraine Defense Contact Group was established at the initiative of the United States in April 2022. Three years ago, Ukraine’s allies first gathered in this format at the Ramstein Air Base. At the time, the group brought together 40 countries, including NATO and EU members as well as international partners, to support Ukraine in its fight against Russian aggression.
Following changes in the U.S. administration, the Ramstein Format continues to operate under the leadership of the United Kingdom and Germany, with the United States remaining a key participant in the UDCG. The previous UDCG meeting of the took place in April this year, involving 51 countries that pledged around $24 billion in military aid to Ukraine, including financing defense production programs inside Ukraine.
According to Ukraine’s Ministry of Defense, the total amount of aid that Ukraine has received — and continues to receive — through the UDCG has reached nearly $170 billion.
