Democrat Green nearly disrupts Trump’s address to Congress

Ukrinform
Donald Trump’s address to the joint session of the U.S. Congress was nearly disrupted at the very beginning when Democratic Congressman Al Green loudly interrupted the President, forcing him to pause.

As a result, Speaker Mike Johnson ordered the Democratic representative to be removed from the hall, a Ukrinform correspondent reports.

After several loud remarks from Green regarding Trump’s address, Speaker Johnson instructed the House Sergeant at Arms to escort the Democrat out “to restore order.”

Following this incident, Trump resumed his speech, which primarily focused on highlighting the achievements of his administration during his first month in the White House.

Meanwhile, Democrats mocked Trump’s statement in which he called the beginning of his presidency “the best in the nation’s history.”
