President includes Viktor Liashko in NSDC composition

President Volodymyr Zelensky has included Health Minister Viktor Liashko in the composition of the National Security and Defense Council (NSDC).
The corresponding decree, No.79/2025 of February 7, was published on the president's website, Ukrinform reports.
“In accordance with part four of Article 107 of the Constitution of Ukraine, I hereby decree... to include Viktor Liashko, Minister of Health of Ukraine, in the composition of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine,” the document says.
The decree comes into force on the day of its publication.
As reported by Ukrinform, President Volodymyr Zelensky signed a decree to include Filip Pronin, the head of the State Financial Monitoring Service, in the NSDC composition on February 4.
