Putin only afraid of Trump, possibly China - Zelensky

That’s according to Zelensky's post on X, Ukrinform reports.

"The most important thing is to work together on how to end this war—that is our top priority. During the meeting in Paris, this was exactly what we focused on, and it was a very productive conversation. I reiterate my gratitude to President Macron for organizing it, as well as my deep gratitude to President Trump for his strong resolve to bring this war to a fair end. This is the right approach, and it is important that all details are thoroughly worked out to ensure that peace is truly durable," the head of state of Ukraine noted.

He noted America’s capacity to accomplish “remarkable things” that other nations have not been able to achieve. At the same time, to succeed in ending the war, the world requires unity—"the unity of America, Europe, and everyone in the world who values security—as well as strong positions and guarantees for peace," Zelensky stressed.

"I told President Trump that Putin is only afraid of him and, perhaps, China. And that is true. Only determination can bring this war to a just end and ensure lasting peace. We must act now to restore the proper international order,” the Ukrainian leader emphasized.

As Ukrinform reported earlier, referring to Zelensky’s press secretary Serhiy Nikiforov, Ukraine in December is rallying key European partners who, together with the United States, are able to strengthen the country’s position both in possible negotiations and on the battlefield.
