President Volodymyr Zelensky of Ukraine emphasizes that the Russian leaders already talk like terrorists, but the latter wear masks, while Russians do not even hide their faces.

He stated this during a joint press conference with Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni of Italy in Kyiv, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

"As for whether they (the Russians - ed.) are preparing for tests (of nuclear weapons - ed.)... This person (Putin - ed.) first made a decision that there would be some intimidation, and then they linked it with some messages from the USA, etc. It seems to me that this happens all the time, I seriously do not pay attention to them anymore. Unfortunately, they (Russians - ed.) already talk like terrorists, but the only difference is that terrorists wear masks, and they do not even hide their faces," Zelenskyy said, answering a question about the threat of Russia deploying nuclear weapons or carrying out provocations around nuclear energy facilities.
