This issue was discussed during a phone call between the two leaders, the press service of the Ukrainian president reported.
According to the report, the presidents discussed the situation with the spread and prevention of the coronavirus disease, sharing information on the impact of lockdown measures on the economy and the epidemic situation in Ukraine and Lithuania.
Zelensky stressed that Ukraine had managed to reduce the number of new patients thanks to the weekend lockdown.
He also thanked Nauseda for raising in the EU the issue of providing the COVID-19 vaccine to Eastern Partnership countries.
In addition, Zelensky briefed Nauseda on the steps taken by the Ukrainian state to achieve peace in Donbas and implement the agreements reached at the Normandy Four summit in Paris last year.
"I thank Lithuania for its unwavering, firm support for our territorial integrity and sovereignty. This is extremely important to Ukraine," Zelensky said.
Both sides also discussed the possibility of holding in Vilnius the Ukraine Reform Conference that was postponed until next year due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Zelensky invited Nauseda and his wife to pay an official visit to Kyiv.
