Michael Brodsky has been appointed as Ambassador of Israel to Ukraine.

He wrote this on Facebook, Ukrinform reports.

“Happy to announce that I’ve been nominated as the next Israeli Ambassador to Ukraine,” Brodsky wrote.

Michael Brodsky, born in 1972 in Saint Petersburg, is an Israeli diplomat.

He began his diplomatic career in 2002. In 2003-2008, he worked as a press attaché of the Israeli Embassy in Moscow and as a political attaché of the Israeli Embassy in Moscow in 2006-2008.

In 2009-2013, he worked as director of public affairs at the Israeli Embassy in London.

From 2015 to 2018, he worked as Ambassador of Israel to Kazakhstan.
