Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu confirms Turkey's unwavering stance regarding Russia’s occupation of Crimea and the oppression of Crimean Tatars.
"At the 11th meeting of the ambassadors to the Republic of Turkey, Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu made clear his unwavering stance on the non-recognition of the temporary occupation of Crimea and continuation of an active policy for protecting the rights of Crimean Tatars," Ambassador of Ukraine to Turkey Andri Sybiha posted on Twitter.
It’s an extremely important statement for the extremely important audience, the Ukrainian ambassador commented and thanked the Turkish foreign minister.
