New union for development of defense industry formed in Parliament

A new union for the development of military complex and aerospace sector has been formed in the Verkhovna Rada.
First Verkhovna Rada Deputy Chairperson Iryna Herashchenko stated this at a plenary sitting, an Ukrinform correspondent reported.
“I’m reporting on the creation of a factional deputy union “For the development of the military-industrial complex and the aerospace sector of Ukraine" in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of the eighth convocation," she said.
Viktor Kryvenko (MP from the Bloc of Petro Poroshenko faction, deputy chairman of the parliamentary committee on budget issues) has been elected chairman of this union.
