Draft law on ratification of EU-Ukraine Association Agreement submitted to Dutch Parliament

The draft law on ratification of the EU-Ukraine Association Agreement has been submitted to the Parliament of the Netherlands.
The draft law, the King’s address and the findings of the Council of State of the Netherlands have been published on the website of the Lower House of the Dutch Parliament.
The document notes that the draft law regulates the entry into force of the law dated July 8, 2015, which approved the ratification of the EU-Ukraine Association Agreement.
As a reminder, the Dutch government agreed on the accompanying law for the ratification of the EU-Ukraine Association Agreement and submitted it for assessment to the Council of State. To complete the ratification process, the document should be endorsed by the Lower and Upper Chambers of the Parliament of the Netherlands.
