Elizabeth II states Britain to continue work on resolving conflict in Ukraine

The British government will continue its work to resolve the conflict in Ukraine and fight against extremism.
Queen Elizabeth II the United Kingdom stated this in her speech to both Houses of Parliament at the State Opening of Parliament 2016, according to the government website of the United Kingdom.
“My government will continue to work to resolve the conflict in Ukraine,” she said.
Elizabeth also said that Britain would play a leading role in the campaign against ISIS and support international efforts to bring peace to Syria.
As Ukrinform earlier reported, in March Ukraine and the Great Britain signed a Memorandum of Understanding on defense cooperation.
