Leader of Luhansk terrorists asking Putin to send troops

KYIV, May 22 /Ukrinform/. Valeriy Bolotov, naming himself “governor of the Luhansk People's Republic” asks President of Russia Vladimir Putin to help separatists and bring troops to the territory of the so-called “Luhansk People's Republic” (LPR).

A statement is posted on the website of this “republic.”

“Leaders of the Luhansk People's Republic appeal to you, asking to bring the peacekeeping forces to the territory of the Luhansk People's Republic,” Bolotov's statement reads.

As the leader of Luhansk separatists explained his appeal, the Ukrainian forces “threaten the life activities of the young state,” and “the prevention of the humanitarian catastrophe... is only possible through bringing the peacekeeping forces of Russia.”

To remind, the previous day, at a press conference, Bolotov urged population of Luhansk region not to go to the presidential elections of May 25, and said that all attempts to openpolling stations on the LPR territory will be suppressed.
