Disbursement of ₴5.15B from Liquidation Fund proposed for restoration of 139 objects

The Interdepartmental working group recommended allocating UAH 5.15 billion from the Fund for Liquidation of the Consequences of Armed Aggression of the Russian Federation for the implementation of 139 projects.

This was announced by the Ministry of Communities, Territories, and Infrastructure Development following the second meeting of the Interdepartmental working group, Ukrinform reports.

"The Interdepartmental working group recommended allocating about UAH 5.15 billion from the Fund for Liquidation of the Consequences of Armed Aggression of the Russian Federation (Liquidation Fund) for the implementation of 139 regional projects and UAH 186.3 million for the purchase of special equipment," the statement reads.

In particular, 62 multi-story residential buildings, 17 water supply and drainage objects, seven heat supply objects, 29 civil defense objects, six objects for providing housing for IDPs and persons who lost it as a result of armed aggression are being considered for restoration.

In addition, it is proposed to allocate funds for the purchase of special equipment (backhoe loaders, garbage trucks, truck towers, dump trucks, and truck cranes) within the framework of 49 projects in Donetsk, Sumy, Kherson, and Chernivtsi regions.

Following the first meeting of the Interdepartmental working group, the Government approved the allocation of UAH 6.6 billion for the implementation of 157 priority projects.
