DTEK says there will be no power outages in Kyiv and two regions tomorrow

In the city of Kyiv, Kyiv and Dnipropetrovsk regions, there will be no power outages on Wednesday, February 15.

DTEK, Ukraine's largest energy company, said this in a Telegram post, Ukrinform reports.

"Ukrenergo has not imposed restrictions on electricity consumption for tomorrow. This allows avoiding power outages in Kyiv city, Kyiv and Dnipropetrovsk regions tomorrow," the report says.

As reported by Ukrinform, Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal said that almost 20 power units of Ukrainian thermal power plants were damaged as a result of Russia’s constant missile attacks. Given the fact that some of Ukrainian power facilities are occupied, Ukraine has temporary lost three quarters of its TPP capacity.
