Russian invaders continue to steal Ukrainian grain from the temporarily occupied territories.

This was reported by the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, according to Ukrinform.

Russian dry cargo vessels Matros Koshka and Matros Pozhynych, carrying stolen Ukrainian agricultural products (grain, total weight 54,000 tonnes) planned to check in the port of Beirut in Lebanon on July 13. The vessel operator is Crane Marine Contractor LLC (Astrakhan, Russia).

"However, the Lebanese authorities forbade the unloading. In this regard, the vessels were redirected to Syria, to the ports of Latakia and Tartus. In the future, the plan is to deliver Ukrainian grain from Syrian territory by trucks to other countries of the Middle East and North Africa," reads the report.

The Russians are also trying to restore the seaport in Mariupol (the Sea of Azov). First of all, it is planned to establish a route to Russia’s Rostov-on-Don for the export Ukrainian metal.

The defense intelligence noted that the inability of the Russians to ensure power supplies to the said port remains a significant issue standing on their way.
