Court unblocks Centrenergo privatization

Kyiv Economic Court has unblocked the process on the privatization of PJSC Centrenergo, the press service of the State Property Fund of Ukraine has reported.
"Kyiv Economic Court, in a ruling of February 6, 2020, granted the request of the State Property Fund of Ukraine, having canceled the measures securing the claim, which blocked the privatization of PJSC Centrenergo," the report reads.
A list of large-scale privatization facilities for 2020, among them the Odesa Portside Plant and Centrenergo, was published in the Vidomosti Pryvazatsii newspaper of the State Property Fund of Ukraine on January 15, 2020.
