The total volume of investments made by global leaders in Ukraine's infrastructure development is expected to reach $2-3 billion in the coming years.

Ukrainian Infrastructure Minister Volodymyr Omelian has stated this during an online conference, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

“According to our estimates, the largest companies which are ready to become strategic partners include, in addition to Hutchison Ports and DP World, General Electric Bombardier and Siemens, and we can easily speak of $2-3 billion worth of investments,” Omelian said.

According to him, global infrastructure leaders see big prospects in the Ukrainian market.

“Of course, it will take not one year but a longer period of time,” Omelian added.
