Militants launched 30 attacks on Ukrainian troops in Donbas in last day

In Mariupol direction, militants used 82mm mortars and grenade launchers to shell Ukrainian positions near Vodiane (16km north-west of Donetsk). In addition, the enemy used 120mm mortars to fire at residential district in Vodiane. ATO troops came under 122mm mortar fire outside Lebedynske (16km north-east of Mariupol). Terrorists also shelled Pavlopol (30 km northeast of Mariupol) and Shyrokyne (20km east of Mariupol), using small arms.

In Donetsk direction, the tensest situation was observed in Avdiivka (18km north of Donetsk) as the illegal armed formations used grenade launchers and small arms to fire at the southern outskirts of the town.

In Luhansk direction, Russian-backed militants used grenade launchers to launch attacks on Novooleksandrivka (65km west of Luhansk) and Novozvanivka (70km west of Luhansk). ATO troops also came under mortar fire outside Katerynivka (64km west of Luhansk), Troitske (69km west of Luhansk) and Krymske (42.5km north-west of Luhansk).
