Occupiers resume traffic through Dzhankoi Checkpoint using pontoons

The occupiers have resumed traffic through the Dzhankoi Checkpoint by installing pontoon structures to create a temporary crossing.

According to Ukrinform, Petro Andriushchenko, head of the Center for the Study of the Occupation, reported this on Telegram, citing sources in the occupied territories.

“Dzhankoy. They’ve switched to reverse movement,” the message reads.

As noted by the Kherson-based publication Most, citing the occupying administration, traffic was organized via a pontoon crossing for passenger cars.

As reported by Ukrinform, the Defense Forces once again struck the Chonhar Bridge and the bridge connecting Henichesk with the Arabat Spit. Traffic through the Dzhankoi Checkpoint was completely blocked, and passage across the bridge connecting Henichesk with the Arabat Spit was blocked.
