USF strikes Russian Grad system in Zaporizhzhia region
According to Ukrinform, brigade commander Yurii Fedorenko reported this on Telegram and released a video of the combat operation.
The main task of the BM-21 Grad is to destroy rear fortifications, concentrations of equipment, enemy personnel, and important military targets, Fedorenko explained. According to him, this MLRS can fire 40 rockets in about 20 seconds, hitting targets at a range of up to 20–40 km depending on the type of ammunition. The system is noted for its mobility, rapid deployment, and ability to quickly change position after a salvo to avoid counter-battery fire.
As Ukrinform reported, in Dvorichna, Kharkiv region, fighters of the 129th Separate Heavy Mechanized Brigade of the Ukrainian Ground Forces struck an enemy heavy flamethrower system of the Solntsepyok type.
