Russian attack on Vasylkivka community in Dnipropetrovsk Region kills man

A 47-year-old man was killed in a Russian attack on the Dnipropetrovsk region.

Vladyslav Haivanenko, head of the region's military administration, announced this on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.

He said the enemy struck the Vasylkivka community in the Synelnykove district with a drone. The 47-year-old man was killed, and infrastructure was damaged.

"The aggressor also sent UAVs toward Pavlohrad. Fires broke out. Private businesses and vehicles were damaged," Haivanenko said.

Russian forces also shelled Nikopol and the Pokrovske community with artillery and attacked them with an FPV drone, setting a private house on fire.

Ukraine's air defense forces destroyed eight Russian drones over the region, the governor added.
