Putin kills children while his envoy spreads Kremlin propaganda in U.S. — Latvian FM

Latvia's Minister of Foreign Affairs, Baiba Braze, commenting on Russia's overnight attack on Kyiv, stated that while Vladimir Putin's special envoy for investment and economic cooperation, Kirill Dmitriev, is visiting the United States, the Kremlin leader is killing children.

She wrote this on the social network X, according to Ukrinform.

"Killed, injured children, destroyed hospitals, apartments. It's targeted and intentional. A delusional russian in D.C. is spewing kremlin's propaganda, while his butcher master continues murdering children," Braze said.

She also stated that Ukraine needs weapons and support, while Russia deserves isolation and collapse.

As Ukrinform reported, the number of people injured in the Russian overnight attack on Kyiv on October 26 has risen to 32, including seven children; three people were killed.

Putin's special envoy for investment and economic cooperation, Kirill Dmitriev, stated in Washington that the U.S., Ukraine, and Russia are close to a diplomatic settlement that could bring an end to the war.
