Russian forces strike civilian infrastructure in Sumy

On the evening of October 23, Russian forces carried out a strike on the civilian infrastructure of the city of Sumy.
According to Ukrinform, the Sumy City Military Administration reported this on Facebook.
"The enemy struck civilian infrastructure in Sumy. About 15 windows were shattered in a nearby multi-story building," the statement reads.
The administration reported that no people were injured. All necessary emergency services are working at the site.
As Ukrinform previously reported, a Russian drone hit a civilian infrastructure facility in Sumy.
