Fire in Odesa after drone attack extinguished, two injured

Two people were injured in Odesa as a result of an attack by Russian strike drones.

According to Ukrinform, this was reported on Facebook by the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.

Rescuers extinguished a fire that broke out in the Ukrzaliznytsia depot as a result of hits.

The roof and windows of a private residential building were also damaged.

Two people were injured—one at the depot and one in a private home.

The State Emergency Service deployed 13 pieces of equipment and 54 firefighters, the Association of Volunteer Firefighters of Ukraine deployed one piece of equipment and four personnel, and Ukrzaliznytsia deployed a fire train.

As reported by Ukrinform, according to Deputy Prime Minister for the Restoration of Ukraine – Minister of Community and Territorial Development Oleksii Kuleba, on the night of October 2, Russian troops launched a massive strike on the Ukrzaliznytsia depot in Odesa, injuring a train driver.
