Woman killed as Russian artillery and drones hit Dnipropetrovsk region
This was reported on Facebook by Head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration Serhii Lysak, according to Ukrinform.
“The Russians attacked Synelnykove district of Dnipropetrovsk region twice. They targeted Pokrovske and Mezhova communities with FPV drones. A woman died in the latter. Our condolences to her family and loved ones. As a result of one of the strikes, a private house caught fire,” Lysak wrote.
He also reported enemy shelling in Nikopol district. Specifically, the district center, as well as Marganets and Pokrovske communities, were targeted with FPV drones. The attacks involved heavy artillery and the dropping of munitions from drones.
No casualties were reported in Nikopol, but local homes, vehicles, and power lines were damaged. Specialists are still inspecting some areas.
Earlier, it was reported that in Kharkiv region, Russian forces attacked a civilian car with a drone, killing a man and injuring two others.
