Air Defense Forces destroy 126 out of 152 Russian drones
According to Ukrinform, this was reported by the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Telegram.
Starting at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, September 23, the Russians attacked with 152 Shahed and Gerbera strike UAVs and other types of drones from Kursk, Orel, Millerovo, Shatalovo, Primorsko-Akhtarsk (Russian Federation), and Hvardiiske (temporarily occupied Crimea). About 80 of them were Shahed drones.
The air attack was repelled by aviation, anti-aircraft missile forces, electronic warfare, and unmanned systems units, and mobile fire groups of the Ukrainian Defense Forces.
According to preliminary data, as of 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 24, Air Defense Forces shot down/neutralized 126 UAVs in the north, south, east, and center of the country.
Twenty-six strike UAVs were recorded hitting seven locations, and downed UAVs (debris) were recorded falling in two locations.
As reported by Ukrinform, the Russian army launched 18 UAVs at an energy infrastructure facility in Kharkiv, which affected the power supply, and there are problems with electric transport in two districts.
