Injury toll in Russian drone attack on Zaporizhzhia rises to 12, one killed

On September 23, Russian forces attacked Zaporizhzhia with Shahed-type UAVs. The number of people injured has risen to 12, with one confirmed dead.
Head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration Ivan Fedorov reported this on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.
“The Russians carried out five Shahed strikes on Zaporizhzhia. As of now, 12 people have sought medical assistance,” he wrote.
According to the State Emergency Service (SES), Russian forces launched five drone strikes at the city within 20 minutes. One of the strikes hit a local enterprise, causing a fire that was extinguished by rescuers. Emergency services were deployed at the scene.
According to earlier reports, one parson was killed in Zaporizhzhia as a result of Russian shelling. The enemy launched five strikes on the city.
